Gary Davies

I’ve always been a maker. Drawing characters, performing on stage, making skits (and removing them promptly after), the odd voice-over, coming up with fresh and odd ideas and seeing where they’ll take me, I just have a real passion for making stuff. I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing a fruitful and creative career, starting out in animation before moving into the world of TV at Cartoon network, until finding my feet in the wider world of creative media and global campaign work.

I’m proud to have worked with fantastic colleagues, clients and across projects for Star Wars, Pokémon, Nintendo, Disney, Prime Video, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, Adult Swim–the list goes on! Creating everything from AV and OOH to social and experiential pieces. I really enjoy executing creative that scream personality and shaping them into something fun, clear, engaging, and worth people’s attention.

I’m a big fan of leading teams, working with great people, exploring the unusual, and pushing ideas until they feel distinct and memorable. One of the fondest memories of my career was when we almost loaned an entire island in Sweden for an acitvation (even the KING was up for it!), followed closely by getting to direct Pikachu (of course).

At the heart of everything I do is the fact that I simply enjoy making creative work with people who are excited to make it.
